Are admission and the live events free?

Admission and the live events are free of charge.

From what time can I wait in line to enter?

We are planning to allow event-goers to line up from 8:00 JST each day. Please note that any lines formed before this time will be invalid.

Is a vaccination certificate/negative test result certificate necessary for entry?

A vaccination certificate/negative test result certificate is not needed for entry. Please check here for info regarding our procedures for preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Numbered Tickets

For what is a numbered ticket/lottery entry required?

Stage Event Seat Ticket (For viewing a stage event from a designated seat.)
Event Sales Ticket (For event sales from 10:00 to 12:00 JST each day.)
Meet-and-Greet Ticket (For meet and greet (photo opportunity) events.)
The above tickets will be assigned via a lottery system. Please see each page for details.
Depending on the situation each day, tickets may be distributed at the event.

Can merchandise be purchased without an event sales ticket?

Event-goers will be free to purchase items without a ticket from 12:00 to 19:00 JST.

Other

Is there a food/drink area or a rest area in the venue?

There are no facilities in the venue itself, but there are various restaurants in the building.

Can I use a tripod for taking photos/videos?

Please refrain from using bipods, tripods or stepladders when taking photos/videos.

Are there wheelchair priority spaces in the stage event audience area?

A few wheelchair priority seats are available for use. Only those with stage event tickets won from the ticket lottery or with a stage event ticket distributed the day of the event will be allowed. Please speak to the staff the day of the event for information.

Can I cosplay at the event?

We will not be preparing changing rooms at the venue.
Please refrain from cosplay/cosplay photo shoots at the event in order to ease congestion.
