Admission
- Are admission and the live events free?
- Admission and the live events are free of charge.
- From what time can I wait in line to enter?
- We are planning to allow event-goers to line up from 8:00 JST each day. Please note that any lines formed before this time will be invalid.
- Is a vaccination certificate/negative test result certificate necessary for entry?
- A vaccination certificate/negative test result certificate is not needed for entry. Please check here for info regarding our procedures for preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Numbered Tickets
- For what is a numbered ticket/lottery entry required?
- Stage Event Seat Ticket (For viewing a stage event from a designated seat.)
Event Sales Ticket (For event sales from 10:00 to 12:00 JST each day.)
Meet-and-Greet Ticket (For meet and greet (photo opportunity) events.)
The above tickets will be assigned via a lottery system. Please see each page for details.
Depending on the situation each day, tickets may be distributed at the event.
- Can merchandise be purchased without an event sales ticket?
- Event-goers will be free to purchase items without a ticket from 12:00 to 19:00 JST.
Other
- Is there a food/drink area or a rest area in the venue?
- There are no facilities in the venue itself, but there are various restaurants in the building.
- Can I use a tripod for taking photos/videos?
- Please refrain from using bipods, tripods or stepladders when taking photos/videos.
- Are there wheelchair priority spaces in the stage event audience area?
- A few wheelchair priority seats are available for use. Only those with stage event tickets won from the ticket lottery or with a stage event ticket distributed the day of the event will be allowed. Please speak to the staff the day of the event for information.
- Can I cosplay at the event?
- We will not be preparing changing rooms at the venue.
Please refrain from cosplay/cosplay photo shoots at the event in order to ease congestion.
