  *The QR code ticket will serve as your invitation to the event. Please present your QR code at the registration counter on the day of the event.

  Application Results

  Only selected applicants will be notified by email.

  *Please check your settings in advance to ensure that you can receive e-mails from the domain <@livepocket.jp>.

  Notifice of Successful Application

  An email will be sent only to successful applicants by 17 May 2024 (Fri) to their registered email address.

  Admission Procedure

  Admission (QR Code Ticket)

  · Please prepare your QR code ticket in advance. One QR code ticket is required per person.
  · Please present the screen displaying the QR code or a printout of the QR code at the time of admission.

  *Please come to the entrance of the event venue at the designated time and present the valid QR code from the My Tickets page. (Screenshots of QR codes will not be accepted.)

  ■ About Tickets

  • Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
  • Paper tickets will not be issued. Present the QR code screen to the staff at the entrance of the venue on the day of the event.
    　*Please present QR code from the My Tickets page. (Screenshots of QR codes will not be accepted.)
  • Only one application per person will be accepted. If more than one application is submitted, only one application will be considered valid.
  • Please enter the venue together with accompanying person(s).
  • If any of the required information is omitted or incorrectly entered, the application will become invalid.
  • Minors (persons under 18 years of age) must have the consent of a parent or guardian to apply and participate.
  • It is not possible to apply for multiple events with different event dates at once. Please apply separately.

  ■ Others

  • This event may be subject to change, postponement or cancellation.
  • The event will not be broadcasted.
  • Disclosing information shared at the event is prohibited. By applying, applicants confirm that they agree to the above terms and conditions.
  • All transportation expenses to and from the venue are to be paid by the participants.
  • No food or beverages may be brought into the venue, and smoking is prohibited in the venue. Fire and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
  • Please note that the event may be subjected to media coverage and may be used to promote services and events on websites and social media run by Good Smile Company, free of charge and for an indefinite period of time. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Photography, recording of any kind and talking on cell phones during the event is strictly prohibited. (Information regarding photography before and after the event will be provided on the actual day of the event.)
  • Please note that details of the event may be subject to change or cancellation due to natural disaster, traffic conditions, or other reasons beyond our control.
  • Notifications of successful application are strictly non-transferrable (resale, auctioning, etc. included). If found, ticket will be revoked and entry to the venue may be prohibited.
  • Good Smile Company will not be liable for any trouble, injury, illness, or any other incident between applicants or between applicants and a third party, including compensation for damages.
  • If a Participant fails to follow the instructions of event staff on the day of the event and causes damage to Good Smile Company or any third party, including other participants, in connection with the event, the participant shall resolve the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any trouble to the event organizer. Good Smile Company will not be liable for any trouble between participants.
  • Participants are responsible for their own baggage and valuables on the day of the event. Good Smile Company will not be liable for any theft or loss.
